All public and private schools, as well as state/local universities and colleges (SUCs/LUCs) offering basic education, are directed to complete their respective system updates on or before the deadline:

To ensure a smooth data collection and validation process, please take note of the following instructions:

• For SY 2026-2027 Quick Count Enrollment:Ensure that the daily reporting of the quick count enrollment data by grade level and sex is encoded accurately in the Learner Information System (LIS) facility. For Strengthened Senior High School (SSHS) pilot implementers, remember to report data strictly under the Academic Track (GAS) and Technical-Professional (Tech-Pro) under the TVL track.
• For SY 2025-2026 BEIS Uploading & Validation:School Heads must log into their respective accounts to download the official, updated school profile templates. Avoid using older or modified Excel files to prevent system uploading errors.
• Data Quality Assurance:Coordinate closely with your Division Planning Officer (DPO) for technical assistance and data validation. Data must be checked for consistency before final submission.
